Bulldozer, Villa Manin June 28th, 2010

Italy’s Bulldozer “bulldozed” it’s way into the splendid Villa Manin residence (20 kms from Udine) and played in front of about 3,000 thrash-metal diehard fans from as far away as Serbia! A most interesting group indeed with a lead singer who donned quite the hairdo, not to mention a Dracula-like cape. It was also the first time in my life that I actually saw a lead singer singing (well, almost preaching would be a better word!) from a podium!

Quite interesting to listen to the lead singer “thunder” against politicians—all of them actually—and have at his feet a “Unicef” flag. Don’t many politicians worldwide also give their nation’s money to this U.N. organization? And the music? Loud, with also some interesting band members who looked like they urgently needed a good dentist!
